Plain English Summary
By creating an account or using Meytchi AI ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free-tier users and paid subscribers. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Meytchi AI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: • You are at least 18 years old • You are using the Service for legitimate business purposes • You have the authority to bind any organisation on whose behalf you use the Service • Your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.
Meytchi AI is a B2B revenue recovery platform that helps sales teams identify and re-engage dormant leads using artificial intelligence. The core features include: • CSV/XLSX upload and parsing of lead data • AI-powered Gold-Score™ lead scoring • Automated audit report generation • AI-drafted re-engagement email templates • Campaign tracking and analytics We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete registration information • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access You may not share your account credentials, create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation, or use automated means to create accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you run lead audits. Free credits: New accounts receive 10 free credits on first login. Free credits do not expire. Purchased credits: Credit packs are available for purchase through the platform. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to our Refund Policy. Credit consumption: Each lead audited consumes one credit. Credits are deducted at the time the audit is run. If you do not have sufficient credits, the audit will not proceed. Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page and within the platform. We reserve the right to change prices with 14 days' notice to existing users.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at meytchi.io/refund. In summary: • Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase • Credits partially used are eligible for pro-rata refunds on the unused portion • Free credits are not eligible for cash refunds • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
You retain full ownership of all lead data, company data, and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use Your Content to train AI models, share it with third parties (other than sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy), or retain it beyond the periods specified in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process the data you provide. By uploading lead data, you represent that you have a legitimate business relationship or lawful basis for processing each contact's information under applicable data protection laws.
You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights • Upload data you do not have the right to process • Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) using AI-generated content from the platform • Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying models or algorithms • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure • Use the Service for any purpose that could harm, harass, or deceive others • Resell, sublicence, or white-label the Service without our written permission • Upload content containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, trademarks (including Gold-Score™), and content, is owned by Meytchi AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Groq (AI inference), and Resend (email). Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure • AI-generated scores or email drafts will be accurate or effective for your specific use case • Revenue recovery results will meet any particular threshold AI outputs are provided as a starting point for human review and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEYTCHI AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) £100 GBP. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meytchi AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: • Your use of or access to the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or data protection right • Any content you upload to the Service
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 24 hours and any remaining credits will be eligible for refund per our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred before the termination date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to use your local courts and rely on mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country's law.
