Summary
You are eligible for a full refund on unused credits if you submit your request within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Refunds are available for all credit packs: Starter, Growth, and Enterprise.
Credits that have been consumed to audit leads are non-refundable. A credit is considered "used" the moment an audit is run against a lead, regardless of whether you were satisfied with the result. If you have a mix of used and unused credits, we will refund only the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
To request a refund, email us at vijay@meytchi.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: • The email address associated with your account • The date of purchase • The credit pack purchased • The reason for the refund (optional but appreciated) We will process your request within 1–2 business days and confirm via email.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after we issue the refund. Stripe, our payment processor, may also take 2–5 business days to process the return.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the free credits programme, or repeated refund requests from the same account or email address. If we decline your request, we will explain the reason and offer an alternative resolution where possible.
The 10 free credits granted to new accounts are complimentary and are not eligible for cash refunds. They are provided to allow you to evaluate the platform at no cost.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Meytchi AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
