The Gold-Score™ is powered by a large language model that analyses over 10 signals per lead including deal size, time since last contact, industry, and engagement history. It is a prioritisation tool, not a guarantee — it helps you focus effort on the leads most likely to convert.

How do credits work?

Every new account starts with 10 free credits. 1 credit = 1 lead audited. Credits are deducted when you run an audit. They never expire and carry over indefinitely.

No. Meytchi AI uses a simple pay-as-you-go credit model. You buy a credit pack once and use it at your own pace. There are no recurring charges, no monthly fees, and no contracts.

We offer three packs: Starter (10 credits / $49), Growth (30 credits / $129 — most popular), and Enterprise (100 credits / $349). All are one-time purchases.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Meytchi AI never stores your card details.

What is your refund policy?

Is my lead data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your lead files are processed in memory and not permanently stored beyond your account. We are GDPR and CCPA compliant.

Do you share my data with third parties?

No. Your lead data is used exclusively to generate audit results for your account. We do not sell, share, or use your data to train AI models.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete individual campaigns and leads at any time from your dashboard. You can also permanently delete your entire account from Settings → Danger Zone, which removes all your data from our servers immediately.

How long is my data retained?

Active accounts retain data indefinitely unless you delete it. If you delete your account, all associated data is removed within 24 hours.

I uploaded a file but the audit failed. What should I do?

Make sure your file is in CSV or XLSX format and contains at least a company name or contact name column. If the issue persists, contact support with your file attached and we'll resolve it promptly.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. If you're unhappy with your results, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund for any unused credits. No questions asked.
